It's funny how in the span of just a few days …

I went back in time and relived so much of my past.

I laughed, I cried …

I submerged myself in all of my past experiences, and feelings, again.

And then?

Just like that

I knew it was time to put the memories away, and close the door.

    I liked this, a great deal. 🙂
Enjoy your memories, even the not-so-pleasant ones – they helped make you who you are.

Loved this post. Closing the door is often bittersweet, isn’t it?

Those old photo albums have that effect on me too. Loved ones not here, precious memories of my children small, or their children’s births…so sweet!! Ah, I can hear Barbra Striesand singing…”Memories, in the corners of my mind….”!
