The Way We Used To Be

I took this photo when I was in AbsolutelyNowhere, Oregon.

I haven’t gone through all the photos I took on that trip yet –

How “behind” can I get?

I love this one though,

And I hope you do too!

I live in NY state, upstate in the boonies to be precise. I think you snuck back here and stood on one of our roads in Absolutely Nowhere, NY. I see this all the time because I drive all the back roads for my job and rarely stop to think “I should take a picture here.” Takes someone objective to see and love a photo of something so plain and everyday. I see the photos you take of your beaches and ocean and am just sighing at the beauty. You see it everywhere. Bless you, thank you for sharing your gift.

I’m glad you enjoy my photos. For me, this was a very unusual sight … far from an every day view for me. I have driven through areas of upstate NY that were similar. It was quite a long time ago!
