Last Saturday OC Waxing hosted Bald For Boobs - a breast cancer awareness fundraiser.
Vendors set up shop in the salon, with proceeds being donated for the event.
Clothes, purses, belts, jewelry … there was a lot to choose from.
I was thrilled to get a free, pretty, tank top.
Twenty Four At Heart is listed as an event sponsor on the back of the shirt.
The salon was booked solid all day long.
It’s so great to know the local community came out to support a good cause.
There were also services and products from local businesses being raffled off.
One of my (large!) metal prints is up for auction.
(Bids are being taken on “my” print through the end of October. Yes, you can stop by the salon just to place a bid.)
There was even a Boob Grab Bowl.

As I was leaving, I reached into the Boob Grab Bowl and grabbed a slip of paper.
I got a $5 OC Waxing gift card.
