The Wonderfulness of a Weekend

I enjoyed the weekend.

It was SO pretty outside on Friday and Saturday.

Sunday was a little too cold (mid-60’s) by my standards, but still very nice.

On Friday, after a lively game of Twerk-The-Shoulder with Paul Newman,

I did a little shooting at both Big and Little Corona Beaches.

It could not have been more beautiful.

I love it during the winter when the beaches are, for the most part, empty.

On Saturday, I decided to take Mocha for a hike in Laguna Niguel.

I’ve been haunting the Laguna Niguel trails a lot lately.

Quite honestly, the scenery just takes my breath away.

The start of the trail:

The views are astounding.

I think I want to live in the house shown in the above photo.

I wonder how many bazillion dollars it costs?

I could see as far north as Long Beach and as far south as San Diego County.

Not to mention, all the up close and personal stuff my lens seemed to also find.

My only regret was having to head home about forty five minutes prior to sunset.

I could tell it was going to be an exceptionally beautiful winter sunset.

As disappointed as I was to not view it seaside, I couldn’t complain too loudly.

The view from my front window was *almost* as nice.

In upcoming posts, I plan to:

1)  Share a little bit about a few of my current photography projects.

I usually don’t write about what I do for clients, but I thought you might be curious.

It really can be very interesting to get a look at what happens behind the scenes.

Since none of my current projects are top secret, I’ll share a little about what the working side of my life looks like.

2)   I’ve just finished reading a book titled Quiet The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking.

I LOVED the book.  I’ll share a few of my thoughts about it soon.
